Issues, your way

All of this is configurable today. Plans differ by scale and power, never by basic flexibility.

Issue types and any-depth hierarchy
Define the types and which may sit under which. Start from Simple, Scrum, Kanban or SDLC and keep editing.
Per-team workflows and statuses
Statuses have colours and categories, and you edit them, and set WIP limits, right on the board.
Custom fields
Text, number, select, multi-select, date, user, URL and checkbox. Filter, sort and group by any of them.
Renamable priorities and estimate scales
Call priority levels what your team calls them. Estimate in points (linear, Fibonacci or exponential sets), t-shirt sizes or hours, per team.
Roles that fit
Several Work admins, and team admin, member and viewer roles. The top Workspace plan adds custom roles with your own permission sets.
Saved views
Save any filter as a view for the whole team.
Issue templates
Pre-fill the type, fields and description for the issues you file again and again.
Realtime
Changes from teammates appear as they happen.

Good to know

Can I use Ulkaa Work on my own?

No. Ulkaa Work is for teams in an Ulkaa Workspace on a plan that includes it. For personal to-dos, use Ulkaa Task.

How is it different from Ulkaa Task?

Ulkaa Task is a to-do list for you and your workspace and works offline. Ulkaa Work is team issue tracking with issue types, a hierarchy, sprints, projects and boards. Issues assigned to you also show in Task, read-only.

Can we use our own issue types?

Yes. Define the types and which type may be the parent of which, to any depth. Start from a template and change it later. Statuses, custom fields, priorities and roles are configurable too.

Are roadmaps, reports and GitHub integration available?

Roadmaps, reports (burndown and velocity on the first Work plan, all five on higher plans) and releases are available now. GitHub and GitLab integration, automation rules, SLAs, the triage queue and intake forms are on the full Work plans, and the audit log export on the top plan. Links on issues come with every Work plan.

What happens if our workspace billing lapses?

The workspace turns read-only. Nothing is deleted, and you can still read every issue until billing is sorted out.
